Electric Excitement Ahead

When developing the all-electric MINI Countryman, we applied key design criteria to achieve maximum go-kart feeling. The lower centre-of-gravity due to the battery placement enhances driving dynamics. We achieve thrilling MINI response by optimising weight distribution and using a direct steering ratio coupled with a smaller steering wheel. And the latest hardware and software enabled us to make handling even more playful, especially in the Go-Kart Mode.
